We always welcome new faces and would love for you to join us. Both juniors and senior newcomers are more than welcome to come and join in our training sessions. Once you are sure you want to commit you can then pay your subscription fees. Training is free with membership.
You will need to register with Teamo using the Join Us / Renew link below.. Once you have registered you MUST securely input a payment card or a series of debit and credit cards which you can use to then pay of subs and match fees. If you have played for one of the teams at the weekend you will be prompted to pay your match fee after the game. Once you have registered on the website you need to download the app using your phone's usual method (just search for Teamo). Once downloaded this will allow you to access Teamo on the go. It is important you familiarise yourself with the app as the club uses this as its primary method of communication to all members. In addition to subs and match fees all teams in the Club will be using Teamo for selection and to record availability.

What do my Subs and Match Fees pay for?
England Hockey and South Central affiliation fees.
Facilities - pitch hire, changing facilities, maintenance and club house
Equipment - first aid kits, ice packs, balls, bibs, cones, Junior GK Kit etc
Training - pre-season and in-season coaching and training sessions
Competition entries - EHL, South Central League, In2 Festivals. EH Championships.
Administration costs - DBS checks, Safeguarding Training, First Aid Training, Club running costs
Hockey Club Insurance via England Hockey Membership+
How do I pay for my Subscription?
After registration (or re-registration) navigate to the Payment Section and select the most suitable membership. If you are unable to do this, please contact the Membership Secretary and a Club Subscription will be assigned to your Teamo account.
This MUST be paid through Teamo by navigating to the Payment Section in your profile and following the payment prompts.

How do I pay for my Match Fees?
When you join Teamo, or asked to do so, please OPT-IN to AUTOPAY. This works like a Direct Debit and will claim the balance from your payment card once per month (usually around the 5th). You will be sent an "invoice" at the end of the prior month where you can check assigned match fees, credits for umpiring and the net amount that will then be debited.
If you have any queries, games can be tagged in the invoice, but please contact the Treasurer too.
How do I apply for a Concession on my Club Subscription?
Concessions are assessed on a case by case basis and awarded via the Club Treasurer, Membership Secretary and Directors.
Where it is believed that a Concession is warranted please initially contact the Membership Secretary.
