The u12 team were undefeated on an excellent morning at HMS Temeraire!
All season we have stressed that good players can play anywhere on the pitch. Today, every member of the squad played in at least a couple of different positions over the course of 5 matches showing great versatility and adaptability! Despite these regular changes to the structure, they moved the ball with pace, accuracy and confidence and kept possession for long passages of play. The opposition coaches were extremely complimentary of the hockey they’re playing.
The only goal we conceded was immediately after we’d scored at the other end, a very brief lapse in concentration, and a great lesson for the regional finals next month!
The squad should be extremely proud of the performances they’re turning out every week and I’d like to say a huge thank you to both Amy & Motty for all of their hard work on training pitch.
